Job Description:
  • Helping leadership team in strategic decision making through business analysis.
  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Provide management with decision support and analysis, business development and strategic inputs to scale the business of BU, as developed in the business plan.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Must possess bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA from reputed Business school.
  • Must be strong in written as well as verbal communication along with interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in using MS-Excel and Access.
  • Should have hands on experience in preparing business intelligence related reports.
  • Must be adaptable, agile , shall be able to take initiatives with respect to process improvement or cost reduction.
  • Candidates with experience in business analysis/business planning shall be preferred.
  • Should be open to extensive travel.
