Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support. This role will be responsible for servicing sales and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle following.

Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative(SDR):

  1. Write & fine-tune compelling and persuasive content for written and verbal communication with prospective clients.
  2. Make outbound calls to director and senior manager level contacts at medium-sized to large organizations in the North American market.
  3. Engage prospects and customers in an outbound mode on email, Linked In and other select social channels.
  4. Use tools such as and, measure effectiveness of outreach efforts and find opportunities for continuously improvement.
  5. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that all outreach efforts are done in a cohesive manner to drive lead nurturing and appointments.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Experience with outbound calling and demonstrated performance in appointment scheduling.
  2. Familiarity with B2B lead generation best practices including the use of digital channels such as Twitter, Linkedin, chat, and email.
  3. Exposure to copywriting, resume writing, or recruiting (in that order) is considered a big plus.
  4. High degree of emotional intelligence and situational awareness to engage prospective clients in a personalized manner and secure their time and attention.
  5. Conversational skills – the ability to sense, listen and build rapport with prospects over the phone
  6. Detail-oriented approach to work, strong organizational skills, and track record of results derived through diligent work practices. Familiarity with, or other similar tools.
  7. Familiarity with typical B2B sales cycles and methodologies.
